Additional Information:

Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled time are subject to charge of 50% of the machine set up rate. Hourly rate are from 8:00am to 4:00pm. After hours rates are at 150% when available. Payment terms are net 45 days from date of invoice. Placement of order is acceptance of payment terms. Past due accounts will be charged 2% per month of the outstanding balance.
